Of course, you can! If you change your mind you can cancel your order at any time up until it has been 'packed' for a full refund. To cancel your order login into 'My account' go to 'Order history' and here you will see your order with an option to 'cancel'. Your refund will be processed automatically.
If your order has already been packed, you won’t be able to cancel your order and will need to return it for a refund. You can follow the link below to return the products in the package they arrive in - within 14 days. Upon receipt, we will contact you to issue a full refund for all unopened and undamaged products, 👉click here for returns
*To change or cancel your next kit, simply log into 'My account', go to 'My subscription' and then 'edit kit'. Here you will find all the options to amend or cancel your plan. That way you shouldn't receive any unwanted kits.
Important: Cancelling your subscription does not automatically cancel any orders that have already been processed. Each order must be cancelled individually.
