You can manage your profile details by logging into 'My account'. To change your delivery address, navigate to the 'Address book' section.
- To modify the delivery address for your subscription, click 'View details' next to the plan you'd like to update, and then 'Edit' the delivery address.
- If your order is still being processed but hasn’t been despatched yet, you can submit a request through our website or email us at support@gruum.com. Just a heads-up—since we process and ship orders swiftly, we're unable to modify the address once the order is marked as ''ready for despatch'' or has been ''shipped''.
