You can manage your profile details by logging into 'My account'. To change your delivery address, navigate to the 'Address book' section.
- To modify the delivery address for your subscription, click 'View details' next to the plan you'd like to update, and then 'Edit' the delivery address.
- If your order is processed but not yet despatched, please follow the link to submit a request through our website or email us at support@gruum.com. Please be aware that we process and ship orders swiftly, and once an order has been despatched, we are unable to modify the address.
