Our orders are only delivered by Royal Mail. The majority of orders will be packaged in postal boxes that are specifically designed to fit through a standard letterbox, meaning you don't have to be home to accept delivery.
If you have a larger order that cannot be packaged in a postal box this will still be sent to you by Royal Mail. However, it will need to be physically received by someone.
Royal Mail will keep trying neighbours until they find someone in and then they will leave you a card letting you know where it was delivered.
You will also receive an order despatch email to confirm your order is on it's way!
