At grüum, we do not use Klarna as a payment provider. However, if you placed your order using Apple Pay and selected the "one-time card" option, it’s possible that Apple processed your payment through Klarna. This is handled by Apple, not grüum.
If you see a Klarna charge related to your order, we recommend contacting Klarna directly for further assistance, as they are now integrated with Apple Pay.
