How do I cancel my plan?
We’ll be sorry to see you go, but if you really want to cancel your plan, you can do so at any time by logging in to your profile. Please note that we do not accept cancellation requests over email. See below for our step by step guide on how to cancel online. Step 1: Log in to the website. You can do this by clicking ‘Log in’ from the main menu. Step 2: Navigate to ‘my account’. You can do this clicking ‘my account’ from the main menu. Step 3: Navigate to ‘your grüum plan’. You can do this by clicking ‘your grüum plan’ from the icon menu. step 4: View your plan. Once you are in the ‘plan’ section of your account, click ‘view’ to see the full details of your subscription. On this page you will be able to see:
- The status of you subscription (this should be active).
- Next shipment date.
- Next payment date.
- Cost of your kit.
- Edit the content of your kit.
- Change your delivery address.
- Change your payment method.
- Change your delivery frequency.
- Skip a month of your membership (postpone your next delivery and payment date by one month)
- Cancel your subscription.
