What happens if I have products left over when I receive my next shipment?

We suggest you keep hold of any leftovers, as you never know when they may come in handy. If you really have too much, you can always skip a shipment, push your next delivery date or change the frequency of your deliveries by logging in to your profile. 
  • Skip a shipment: just head to ‘your grüum plan’ and choose the plan you want to view. Then select ‘skip a kit’. Your regular deliveries will carry on as normal from your next shipment date, plus it only takes 2 seconds. Win win!
 
  • Move your next shipment date: to move your next delivery date back, or forward, to a more suitable date. Simply head to ‘your grüum plan’ and choose the plan you want to view. You can then change your next shipment date, from the current date, up until 6 months in the future.
 
  • Update your delivery frequency: you can easily change the frequency of your deliveries in your account. Head to ‘your grüum plan’ and choose the plan you want to view. You can then change your frequency to every month, every 2 months, or every 3 months, via the ‘change frequency’ button. If you have more particular shipping requirements, drop us a question and we’ll get back to you with a resolution as quickly as we can.
